Ext Core PDF Manual

Any chance a copy of the ext-core manual, as a pdf can be posted online. Its rather hard to print the existing manual. Thanks.

I put together a quick version using the site manual content, let me know if anything is incorrect.

I just copy / pasted into a document, added some page breaks and CutePDF'd it out to a file.
