Dear community,

I have a problem with a premium account. My premium account was setup by our admin and I did not receive my password. So I just let the forum send me a new one. I first entered my email address and then I clicked on the link in that email saying that by clicking this link it will generate a new password, which will be sent to that email address. My new password never arrives my inbox. I really need to log in with my premium account. Please help me...
