Open Source License

Hi

I am looking at Ext JS vs Dojo. I really want to use Ext JS for a proprietary application I intend on developing. I do not intend to release the source code for this application. I do not plan to make changes to the EXt JS framework. I just want to use it.

I take it that I would have to use the commercial license as opposed to the open source license?
