Do not show slider in IE7 screenshot in attachment

I cant reproduce this. Please explain in detail how to archieve this.

I just open http://extjs.com/examples/explorer.html#forms, try refresh with Ctrl+R but slider display in few secod and desepire in FF display good only in IE 7.0

maybe problem is in my IE

I tested this on four different computers and also with virtual pc, no problem. If someone else can reproduce this, please let me know.
