If I do something like this ...

cat src/ext-core.jsb | \
awk -F'"' '/include name/ {print "src/"$2}' | \
sed 's/\\/\//' | \
xargs cat > ../ext-core-svn.js

I end up with a concatenated ext-core-svn.js of 371669 bytes whereas the distributed ext-core-debug.js is 197809 bytes so I figure the include lines in the jsb do not tell the whole story of exactly what to concatenate to create a redistributable ext-core.js.

Exactly what in this list below is included into a usable ext-core.js?

src/core/Ext.js
src/util/TaskMgr.js
src/adapter/ext-base-begin.js
src/adapter/ext-base-dom.js
src/adapter/ext-base-event.js
src/adapter/ext-base-ajax.js
src/adapter/ext-base-anim.js
src/adapter/ext-base-anim-extra.js
src/adapter/ext-base-end.js
src/util/Observable.js
src/core/DomHelper.js
src/core/Template.js
src/core/DomQuery.js
src/core/EventManager.js
src/core/Element.js
src/core/Element.traversal.js
src/core/Element.insertion.js
src/core/Element.style.js
src/core/Element.position.js
src/core/Element.scroll.js
src/core/Element.fx.js
src/core/Fx.js
src/core/CompositeElementLite.js
src/data/Connection.js
src/util/DelayedTask.js
src/util/JSON.js

you're cat'ing, but not minifying.
