PagingMemoryProxy

I see that the locale sample has a PagingMemoryProxy. Would it be possible to include this in the main ext distribution? I think it can come in handy under several circumstances.

I recently also made a Ext User eXtension for the PagingMemoryProxy.
There i will try to incorperate more user requested functions for the Proxy.
