Hello GXT Developers team.
I have a question about gwt 2.0 Resource compatibility.
Now all developers have a problem with resource. there is some proplems and gwt solutions on it.
-0- Browser depend CSS.
Solution:
Google provides a Browser-specific css

{{{
.foo {
background: green;
}

@if user.agent ie6 {
/* Rendering fix */
.foo {
position: relative;
}
} @elif user.agent safari {
.foo {
\-webkit-border-radius: 4px;
}
} @else {
.foo {
font-size: x-large;
}
}
}}}

-1- Huge CSS.
Solution:
onFly CSS loading only when it's really needed:
info can be found here (http://google-web-toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/wiki/CssResource.wiki)
-2- Huge amount images.
Solution:
Image refactoring. In fact google makes a sprite from all images as shown here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9A4FqholOY&feature=channel) at 33:18 of video.
-3- Lazy image loading. After Js execution.
Solution:
info at wiki svn (http://google-web-toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/wiki/CssResourceCookbook.wiki)

Have u any plans about implementing this solutions as replacement of ur "resources" directory? Maybe a night build for gxt 2.0??
