I am trying to decode password caintaining strange characters, i don't know anything about the type of password or server it's on (I THINK it's oracle, but not sure).
passwords are ?É?? and ÅÄÌÇ i dont even know what charset it's using I've tried UTF-8, Cyrlic- 1251, Auto-detect east asian (always the same), original language of website is Arabic, Maby there is way how i would be able to see pswrd at the time i am requesting it, maby there are some special encoding to do it. I believe it could be a arabic writing.
I am new at decoding, so be mercy. :)

I think its just browsers encoding fault, please suggest me some good endoding package for newest mozilla or some other good browser.

I tried to use a lot of diferrent encodings, but that didn't do it.
