grouping grid

show the column "Industry" order this column DESC, will show

Service
Retail
Medical

its ok :)

now click in the column "Company" will reorder the group too.. but what I want its reorder the "Company" and not the "Industry" too..

this means that I cannot order the grid "Industry DESC" and "Company ASC", if its one grouping grid.. this can be possible :)
