CheckColumnConfig's getCheckedState can have only 3 things... on, off, disabled (off only)... but how can I get the disabled but on state in it? Is it possible or do I have to do it on my own?

did you try to "patch" it with your own css?

No, I haven't tried. But if it is not possible with Gxt I will have to.
