Getting started with VS 2005

I'm new to this, please be patient with me.
I'm using VS 2005, can you provide me with step by step instruction to bind it all together so i can play with EXT examples?

This is not a support forum for VS2005. You need to learn to use VS to build websites before you try to combine technologies. There are several .Net samples in the Examples forum.
