I read somewhere on the site (thought it was a "Road Map" section somewhere but can't seem to find again) where the Ext team was considering targeting 'mobile' development somehow with Ext 4.0. Can anybody offer up anything on this? Specifically, I would love to target the iPhone as a field device for extending a web application. I am starting to see more and more JS based tools targeting the iPhone for web application development which work very nice on the device. This is greatly preferred (by me) over having to use Objective C to write native apps. Seems Apple is already going down this path with DashCode, which seems to be a Safari JS based toolset that uses HTML5 compliant specs to allow web developers to target the iPhone device.

Just curious is Ext team is doing anything with this. Would LOVE that if so :)

Thanks!

And speed improvements would be nice. :) I'm pretty impressed with the changed jQuery has done lately.
