Picklist image bar issue

Hello.

Does any one knows how to fix the issue on the picklist top bar?

As you may see on the attached screnshoot, it displays a white bar inside (I surrounded in red box) the top bar of the Picklist.

How can I fix this?

No ideas yet but I'll work on this one today. Shouldn't be too hard to fix.
