Collapsed panel in layout manager with margins

Hi Jack.

If you have a BorderLayout with margins, when you collapase a pane, it doesn't seem to take into account the margin width?

There are two customizable margins on a region, margins and cmargins. cmargin would be the collapsed margins.

cmargins: {top:4, left:4, bottom:4, right:4}

So I added cmargins to my west pane, and it aligns up when open or closed. But with animation, it goes over the margin.
Also, the border flashes when you expand/collapse.
