ETA on Ext marketplace

Is there an ETA for it? And is there any information business models etc?

We wanted to get it done with 3.1, but we got bit by a little feature creep with XDS. Realistically, it's most likely going to be the beginning of next year.

I doubt it will ever happen, they can't seam to even release conference material.....
