I've purchased an ExtJS 2 license and later an ExtJS 3 license and yet I'm not entitled to the latest bug fix upgrades. Why is this? I don't need a support contract because I'm able to figure out things myself but I do want to have the latest bug fixes from you.
I'm getting a little frustrated over this because I've paid for the product and you don't give me the bug fixes.
First a license switch, then restricted product upgrades.... What's next?
