if i check the compiled form, the alignment goes off, all the elements were pushsed to left position. But in GXt 1.2.3 everything was perfect. I am using Horizontal Panel for each rows for your quick reference, i am giving my code below.

final FormPanel simple = new FormPanel();
simple.setWidth("95%");
simple.setHeight("690");
simple.setFrame(true);
simple.setBorders(true);
simple.setStyleName("frameSpace");
simple.setLabelSeparator("");
simple.setHeading("Hello World");

add(simple);

HorizontalPanel Hp = new HorizontalPanel();
HorizontalPanel Hp1 = new HorizontalPanel();

LabelField lbl1 = new LabelField();
lbl1.setText("Enter Your Name");
lbl1.setStyleName("allInfo");

Hp.add(lbl1);
Hp.setPosition(350, 0);

LabelField lbl2 = new LabelField();
lbl2.setText("Select Country");
lbl2.setWidth("270");

SimpleComboBox<String>DdlCn = new SimpleComboBox<String>();
DdlCn.setEditable(false);
DdlCn.setWidth("350");
DdlCn.setEmptyText("Select");

DdlCn.add("AFGHANISTAN");
DdlCn.add("ALBANIA");
DdlCn.add("ALGERIA");
DdlCn.add("AMERICAN SAMOA");
DdlCn.add("ANGOLA");

simple.add(DdlCn);

Hp1.add(lbl2);
Hp1.add(DdlCn);
Hp1.setPosition(70, 10);

simple.add(Hp);
simple.add(Hp1);

in this i am maintaining the space between each row through horizontal panel. But while i am importing the same to GXt 2.01 the alingnment is not working. Kindly help me what should i replace in my code to get the alignment.

Thanks and Regards,
Sundhar

This is NOT a GXT issue. You should read the GWT 1.6 readme files.

Also i suggest to use atleast GWT 1.7 because the issue is no longer there.

I have provided my sample. Pl. have a look on the same. I am using Eclipse Version: 3.4.2

Build id: M20090211-1700 (GANEMADE) and GXT 2.1 and GWT 1.6.4. Just look at the sample. i am unable to see the view properly in GWT Window and secondly when i am trying to compile the same it shows lot of error. Pl. help me to solve the problem

Thanks and Regards,
Sundhar

For the compiling, update to GWT 1.7 as i suggested in my first reply. Please read the GWT release notes.

pl. check this attached sample.

Unzip the file and copy the same under the src folder.

In eclipse i have created the resources folder under WEB-INF folder. I have taken a screen shot of the same and attached herewith for your reference.
