As per the title, I've noticed in IE6 that, for example when you have a Tree panel set up in a West region w/a splitbar, if the Tree is long enough to have a scroll bar, when you expand or collapse a node, any child node's text which is longer than the visible panel width will momentarily blip on screen over top of the scroll bar.
