[CLOSED][3.1] VBox Form Example issue

Hello all,

Example location: http://www.extjs.com/deploy/ext-3.1.0/examples/form/vbox-form.html

Step to reproduce:

1) fill 'Sent To' field (for example test@example.com)
2) collapse form
3) expand form

Each time when you collapse/expand form new 'Sent To' field(s) appear on the form.
