Similar issue as:
http://www.extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?p=422978#post422978

However solution proposed in above thread is ineffective (Included with example).

Please check attached example (Unpack to examples and run boxlayoutbug/boxlayoutbug.html)

Yes it does something, but doesn't fix entirely.

This is working properly in 3.1.1 beta.
