[FIXED][3.1] Accordion layout wrong behavior in SVN 5860

Just upgraded to SVN#5860 from #5846.

Accordion layout in examples (and my accordion too....;)) has a strange behavior : the panels arent expanded to the bottom but retain content size.

/examples/layout/accordion.htmlIf I resize the window., the accordion resize correctly.
