Ext version tested:

Ext 3.1.1 rev5899-129

css used:

only default ext-all.css

Browser versions tested against:

IE8

Operating System:

WinXP Pro

Description:

A "Stack Overflow" error is thrown mouse overing the header sub-menu item "Columns" of any of the two columns in the grid of the example.
This only happens in IE8 (i didn't test IE6/7).

Test Case:

<html>
<head>
<title>Stack Overflow Example with Ext 3.1.1 beta</title>

<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='./ext-all.css' />

<script type='text/javascript' src='./ext-base.js'></script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='./ext-all.js'></script>
</head>
<body>
<div id='example_div'></div>
</body>
</html>
<script>
Ext.EventManager.on(window, 'load', function(){

new Ext.grid.GridPanel({
id: 'myGrid',
renderTo: 'example_div',
sm: new Ext.grid.RowSelectionModel(),
title: 'Example',
colModel: new Ext.grid.ColumnModel([{
dataIndex: 'code',
header: 'Code',
width: 50
},{
dataIndex: 'description',
header: 'Description',
width: 150
}]),
store: new Ext.data.ArrayStore({
id:0,
fields: ['code', 'description'],
data: [
["201", "Example Description 201"],
["301", "Example Description 301"]
]
})
});

});
</script>

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Load the example and click on the header arrow of any of the columns.
Then put the mouse over the "Columns" item.
