Complex Paging Question

I built a paging editor grid for my employer. I used the Paging Toolbar and it works fine and I was pretty happy with myself but it turns out he doesn't want a toolbar or anything like that. He wants the grid to automatically fetch an additional 50 (or something)rows when he scrolls close to the bottom of the grid.

Does EXT let me do this or does anyone have any ideas how I could go about it?
