In example, "Ext Forms: Field Anchoring" initially has 14 Tasks, 07/29/2009, 9 hours and $99.00. After changing the data of other two Ext Grid, "Ext Forms: Field Anchoring" changes into 22 Tasks, 02/02/2010 (today), 888 hours and $888.00.

i can verify what the OP saw.

here's what the OP tried to say:

using the online 3.1 Custom Hybrid Summary Plugin Example, when any cell in either the "Ext Grid: Single-level Grouping" or "Ext Grid: Summary Rows" group is modified, the summary row for the "Ext Forms: Field Anchoring" group is incorrectly updated with the following garbage summary row cell values: 22 Tasks, 02/03/2010 (today), 888 hours, $888.00, $8.00

this happens with the latest 3.1.1-rc as well:

hmmm... it would appear that is the sole intended purpose of the example... i.e. to make a remote call to the server and get some summary values back. the values don't have to make sense.

the initial cell values for the "Ext Forms: Field Anchoring" group's summary row don't make much sense to begin with.
