[CLOSED-530] HTML Editor and IE 6 onblur issue

Go to the examples/form/dynamic.html example with IE 6.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

Click on the Biography tab.

Click inside the text area inside the editor. There should be a flashing cursor.

Now, click on the Phone Numbers tab.

Notice the flashing cursor -- it should go away when leaving the tab.

There is no clean way for us to get a blur event from an iframe. This would need to be handled outside the framework.
