Spinner images are missing in Ext 3.1

yes, i realized that while doing my own build I did not copy ux images
how do you recommend package ux images? Copy to main resources/images? But to which theme? or I think I should put ux scripts and css unto ext/ux subdir and nake resources/images under it?

there's really no hard and fast rule to this.

i'd go with what fits best with your existing build process (i'm assuming it's automated / scripted at least?)
