[DUPE-540] Tree reordering: the item is always appended the end instead of insertion

If I drag an item and put it between two neighbor nodes, the item is appended at the end instead of being inserted between these nodes. It can be seen in the demo example.

This bug is in the version 3.1.1, in the version 3.0.1, this works correctly!
