[FIXED-594] Window#anchorTo does not align

Hi,
it seems that one line has been lost between 3.1 and 3.1.1 in Window#anchorTo:
this.doAnchor();

The call to doAnchor() is not done when the function is run the first time. Only scroll or resize event will call it.
Or maybe this is done on purpose?

I conclude with Evan answer that I do not need to provide a test case... ?! ;) I would need to isolate the case from my code which would take some time.

Fix applied to svn in rev #6130 for patch release 3.1.2.
