Ext JS themes in Ext GWT

Can Ext JS themes be used in Ext GWT?

Yes they can be used, but you need to add some more styles, because we have some more and some different components than extjs.
But porting a theme is for a designer a task of an hour or so.

or is just as simple as using the designated themes's css file and add to that css the missing styles for Ext GWT?
