Code Assist and help editor with yui-ext?

As an absolute newbie on that kind of thing, what do I need to have an editor that completes and help me while I am writing js code with yui-ext library, just like dreamweaver or aptana does with html.

Aptana will as well if you start a project and drag the yui-ext src directory into the code assist box.
