Me and my collegues write //comment all the time, at least while commenting out statements.

Are there any plans that the java version of builder will recognize // as a valid comment without followed by a blank (if not inside strings)?

I use builder.jar to compact my own source files (Ext application)

It orginally did and it was having a problem with breaking stuff in the code with urls and some regex code.

When I get a chance next week I'll take a look at it.
