How to Sync 2 Grid Headers to enable and drag and drop between columns?

Any Quick Suggestions please. Attaching Screenshot of What exactly i am looking for.

Totals for all the Subtotals (for the entire Grid) and Subtotals (for the grouped Column ) both needed.

Please let me know how can i achieve this.

grid1Var.getColumnModel().on('columnmoved',
function(cm, oindex, nindex) {
var cmTot=grid2Var.getColumnModel();
cmTot.moveColumn(oindex,nindex);

});
