If we populate a formpanel in a table, when disabling it, the mask isn't transparent in IE, you can try it using the following code:

The IE version is IE8, and the Ext is 3.1.0.

HTML:
<table width="100%">
<tr>
<td>
Description
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
<div id='form_editor'/>
</td>
</tr>
</table>

Javascript:
Ext.onReady(function() {
var form = new Ext.form.FormPanel({
renderTo: 'form_editor',
frame:true,
bodyStyle:'padding:1px 1px 1px 1px',
items:[{
xtype: 'textarea',
hideLabel: true,
preventScrollbars: false,
maxLength: 2048,
anchor: '100% -0',
height: 320
}],
buttons: [{
text: 'Disable',
handler: function(b, e){
form.disable();
}
}]
});
});

Does anyone give me some suggestions?
