[FIXED]Ext JS 3 & 4 on one page

when I move down the charts window, the task bar back and it puts a space below it

This is due to an issue in the CSS (reset and a box-model issue). We do plan scoping this down to the component level which should resolve it.

Maybe this will help, it only happens in good old IE, not in Firefox/Chrome/Safari/Opera.
