DND grid duplication issue

Ext version tested:

• Ext 2.2

Browser versions tested against:

• Firefox10
• IE7

Description:

• When the rows are dragged and dropped from left to right quickly, it duplicates the rows.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• This issue can be reproduced in the Ext GWT Samples itself

The result that was expected:

• No duplicate rows.

The result that occurs instead:

• Duplicate rows when dragged and dropped quickly.
