Focussed Textfield cls for Android Phones

Good Morning,

I have some textfields on my application whose background image has been changed from default white box.

I have noticed that Android phones place this white box again when the textfield is focused, but I can't find a configuration or style to disable this.

Is it a default behavior of Android or i have to replace some x-style to fix it?

I see HTC doing this a lot and there isn't a way to modify it even using the !important. The only thing I can see is setting the styles in JavaScript after it has been painted but that is not optimal at all.
