6. I'm having issues activating my Trial of Sencha Architect 2

To troubleshoot your problem, start by making sure you can connect to our activation server.

a. open this link to check if your computer is able to establish a connection with our servers. If it's working correctly, it will show something like

{"success": true,"msg": "working"}

I've installed a new version of Architect on Mountain Lion and it's telling me I can't run it.

The issue is that Mountain Lion has a new feature enabled by default called gatekeeper. We are working to get Architect and Animator signed for Mountain Lion. Until then you'll need to change a setting in GateKeeper to allow applications from anywhere.
