Sencha ExtJS 4 Examples ported to MVC

Hi, i review your examples, and i need something extjs4-mvc-grid-binded-form, but the inverse case.
I need get datefield values to the View-Form and set into the grid store and load changes.
How get date value from datefield in controller???

Has anyone ported a jWebsockets project to ExtJS 4 MVC.  If so I would be greatly interested in it. I have been using the jWebsocketSencha example that came with jWebsockets. Unfortunately it was created for ExtJS 3(non-MVC example) I have been working on a simple project for the last couple of weeks and am stuck with proxy sending my Json objects to the server.
