build production not working

I am able to create a new app, but I am not able to execute sencha commands within the application directory.

I have a demonstration tomorrow, to show my team sencha's capabilities. I want to demonstrate the speed difference between an application under development, and one that has been optimized.

Please help me understand why the application directory generated by sencha is not recognized as a valid application directory.

I am still not able to use "sencha app build production". Please help.

First try

sencha app build testing

Launch that in Chrome or Safari and check for errors.
