Yes. There is no visible difference between 3.4.0 and 3.4.1 running from localhost. Since you have the 3.4.0 examples online you can see the problem at http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-3.4.0/examples/grid/array-grid.html

I will talk this over with Dev and see if they have any comments as there have been several discussions about this. If it is decided, I will create a new bug report, or escalate existing.
