ESRI GIS integration with ST2

This uses ST2 with Oracle, Spatial, ESRI's ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server and JavaScript API along with MapQuest Open API for routing. More to come.

One outstanding item I need to tackle is integrating with Dojo AMD modules. The AMD loader paradigm doesn't play well with SenchaCmd build.
