[4.1.3] Drag an image to left - the image jumps to right

REQUIRED INFORMATION

Ext version tested:

• Ext 4.1.3

Browser versions tested against:

• IE9
• FireFox
• Chrome

Description:

• If drag an image on the left (without moving on the right at all) - the image jumps on the right.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Just drag any image on the left without moving on right at all.

The result that was expected:

• An image follows the mouse

The result that occurs instead:

• An image jumps on the right
