index.html as valid xml

Hi all,

This is a very simple request: please make sure that index.html produced by sencha build is valid xml (basically, just ensure that <meta/> elements are properly closed).

Reason for this: I am building ext/touch apps from within an xml database and html files that are not valid xml simply aren't commited.
