Problem with caracter (é,è..)

Thank u so much for ur help.

My problem is that ,before creating my native application, all carater like (é, à ...) are displaying without any problem.
But when i create the native app , the special characters are not displaying.

Plz help me. =D>

• //@charset in all js file ? :-?

i tried but that didn't fix my problem :(
