Difference between Sencha touch 2.1 gpl vs commercial

I am using the sencha touch 2.1 gpl version. But when i see the sencha touch chart 2.1 commercial version the class name are different. What will be the transition from the gpl to the commercial version. Will the app be portable? Am i mis understanding anything here?

Class names aren't different, the license is the big different. To get the commercial licensed charts you must have purchased Sencha Complete so when you download the commercial version of Sencha Touch the charts and draw packages are not included.
