To both 1 & 2, this isn't possible. Javascript doesn't have access to the local file system.

Did I have a solution to bypass this aspect or my project is impracticable ?

Hi,
you can use Java or .Net framework to build your application.
But maybe Extjs with AIR can do the stuff. I never used Adobe AIR but I know this and Ext are bound together one way or an other.
