The greatest pain migrating ExtJs3 to 4 is been this, for me.
First time I saw this ref stuff in ExtJs3, it looked so amazing to simplify the access of deep nested items that I heavly used it.

I managed to load up a really big jsonp using scriptTagProxy but the grid rendering was still a blocker.
I'm gonna happly wait for this demo to come out.
I was experimenting with a grid that render 70000+ rows and I get stucked with the problem of the browser asking to stop/continue the script, becouse the grid take too long to render that much rows....
I'm posting it here in the hope it will be useful for someone else.
