Thanks for making progress on this guys! The inability to cancel the drag seems like something that either can be done differently now in b3 or might be something to bring to the developers attention...

Thanks for the pointer to that example. It doesn't work in the latest Beta 3 build so hopefully i can figure it out and update it, but i'm just starting with Sencha Touch so i've a lot to learn :)
