  1. Can you use the "Use JSLint-happy formatting tweaks" option?

    This solves the problem.

    Thanks, but I think Ext.Function.bind is not needed. :-?

    Scope will be the same whether Ext.Function.bind is used or not.

    See the fiddle that I provided in the question.

    See this fiddle... It doesn't matter if the line "this.run..." is commented out or not, so why is it present in the constructor?

    Ext.define('Ext.TaskQueue', {
    ...
    constructor:...
  4. I see global events documented in the Ext.GlobalEvents singleton.

    Ext.define('Ext.GlobalEvents', {
    ...
    /**
    * @event added
    * Fires when a Component is added to a Container.
    ...
  5. I wanted to point out that the Ext.GlobalEvents singleton is required inconsistently in different classes.
    Some classes require it and some don't require it.

    Ext.define('Ext.form.field.Tag', {
    ...
  6. This is probably related to this bug.

    Yes, tree store filtering is now supported, see this example.

    I'm curious why the data config is listed inside the Store class and not inside the AbstractStore class.

    I know these configs are merged, but since there are many getData calls inside...

    Check supported browsers.

    "Polymer only aims to support Internet Explorer 10 and above"
  11. Good pointer! This also works:

    constructor: function(config) {
    var me = this;
    me.callParent([config])
    me.setConfig("filters", me.getMyFilters());...
  12. I'd think this inconsistency with 4.2.2 might be considered a bug or at least this should be documented in the upgrade guide.

    I'm curious why Ext JS 5 still uses the ActiveXObject construct since all Ext JS 5 supported browsers include the native XMLHttpRequest object.

    Ext.define('Ext.data.Connection', {
    ...
    ...
  14. The workaround is to override the constructor to bypass the debug code which is causing problems.

    Ext.define('App.Filter', {
    extend: 'Ext.util.Filter',
    id: 'nameFilter',
    ...

    You posted in this question in the Ext 5 Q&A forum...

    Are you sure GeoExt will work with Ext JS 5?

    "GeoExt 1.1 was tested with Ext JS 3.4.0 and OpenLayers...

    I found some typos in the examples. This might be annoying if you want to work with the code by evaluating code snippets in the console.

  18. Hello,

    I hope we are paying attention to user questions.

    This bug is a large regression as it breaks functionality that was available in the previous release.

    The url provided in the config...
  19. I'd call this a bug since it worked in 4.2.* and it doesn't work in 5.0.
  20. Do you have a demo showing how it breaks?

    We used buffered grids in 4.2.2... and they look solid for our needs.
  21. Thanks, but I think these are not related:

    store.removeAll() vs surface.removeAll().

    I'll try to create a fiddle next week and describe better why this might create a problem.
  22. I have a grouped store. Calling store.removeAll does not clear the groups property.

    Is this an expected behavior or a defect?

    You will need to require these classes in your Model class.

    FYI: A ticket has been entered for this bug.
  25. I simplified the fiddle and it appears the single node containing text "Hi there" is duplicated when the store's autoLoad: true config is set.
