    Border layout in IE9 looks weired when you click collapse button in 'north' or 'south' panel.

    I found <!DOCTYPE HTML > is missing in the html file (examples/layout/complex.html)
    Once i add DOCTYPE tag, it shows OK in IE9.

    Other browsers are OK(Chrome 9, FF 3.6).

    When you click east(or west) panel collapse button, it doesn't collapse. It expand more.
